Adolescents face many challenges in present era. Mindfulness training enhances and influences the psychological well being. Introduction: Emotional well being relates with capabilities of the adolescent to cope with normal stress in life and work contributes to the work productively. Majority of the mother had positive attitude 232 (77.3%) and 68 (22.7%) had negative attitude regarding optional vaccine.The findings of the study revealed that knowledge of mothers of under five children regarding optional vaccines was having significant association with their selected demographic variables viz. The mean of knowledge score of mother was 8.5 and SD was 2.7. Results: Data shown that majority of the mothers of under five children had adequate knowledge regarding optional vaccine 210 (70%), 70 (23.3%) had poor knowledge and only 20 (6.7%) had good knowledge. Spearman’s correlation test was used for the correlation of knowledge and attitude of optional vaccineand Chi- square test was used to associate the demographic variables with knowledge and attitude regarding optional vaccine. The collected data were analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The pen and paper technique was used for data collection. Mothers filled up the knowledge and attitude questionnaire for 20 to 30 minutes. A Four Likert scale was used to assess of attitude regarding optional vaccine. Self-structured questionnaire was prepared to assess the knowledge regarding optional vaccine. Total 300 samples of mothers of under five children were included in the study. The data was collected through one to one in-depth interview and field notes. The tool consisted of demographic profile and a guiding questionnaire. Sampling technique used was non probability purposive sampling technique. Material & Method: Qualitative approach was used and the research design adopted was hermeneutic phenomenology. Healthy Maternal-fetal attachment may serve to allow women to adopt optimal health practices earlier, thereby on a larger scale contribute toward reduction of obstetric maternal and child morbidity and mortality. In India, in which the mortality rate for women is 130 per 100,000 live births and the neonatal mortality rate at 25.4 deaths per 1,000 live births that makes it 12th worst among the 52 lower-middle-income countries. Maternal-fetal attachment is an imperceptible connection and maintain a bond between mother and baby in her womb which is considered an important part of fetal development and this attachment can be affected by different factors.
